The Phoenix
Wildfire - something from nothing
Into your life; scattered,
That searing second
Her flames around you before you see her face.
Witchfire - burning blaze
Preconceptions; scattered,
You watch it for hours
You get burned and barely feel it.
Angelfire takes a cold room
Of broken frames; scattered
The glass flows together like tears
Behind a picture youve never seen
That youve known all your life.
Soulfire blackened, heavy walls
Now orange, red. White.
Good as new.
The flames dance away into your eyes
Embers remain; scattered
Constellations of an alien space.
Ceasefire flaming feathers fall
Around you; scattered
The burning memory sears across your chest.
Smoking spirals fade with a touch.
You sink, gasping for air.
Down, down, down -
A spark.
Up.
Shes everything you ever dreamed.

what's stopping you?

This is not my universe.
But it could be worse.
The last stanza to the end is good; every phrase is a different action and a different image, though they all flow together well.
I like the variations of fire that you chose.
